Personality: Harold Saxon is the kind of "Mad Scientist" person...He has all the aspects of a clever villian but never tries to be the villian when he doesn't have a plan. He makes witty cracks and jokes in light of tense situations. Otherwise he's passive unless provoked, then he'll just play mindgames to mess with ya, never showing an inch of doubt.

History: The Master is from a near extinct race called the Time Lords. The master has always been the sort of "Cog" in the plans of his rival Time lord, The Doctor. Most would call him the villian of the two. They used to go to school on Gallifrey. Most of his travels have been for his own gain. Be it knowledge, Going after his rival, Or creating alliances, even if they're false. It's unclear wether he lost his TARDIS or just prefers to be more creative with inventions over his old species work. He has always been a great politician, With what being a previous Prime Minister and part of the Ministry of Defense. It was so great that it was believable even past his rival's eyes, All the times The Doctor traveled to earth, not noticing or sensing him. All to have it explode into a world wide genocide when the Master makes contact with a different species and announces it to the world on the Valiant Aerial Aircraft Carrier, Unfortunately his plan fell through and his Wife, Lucy Saxon, Shot him, And killed him. Refusing to regenerate while with the Doctor just so he can win against his kindness. Luckily, Being the tinkerer he is, Encoded a Genetic Manipulator on his ring, So as long as atleast a strand of DNA was left on it, He could fully regenerate and come back into existance.

Extra Abilities: Mind telepathy, Hypnosis, Nack for science and Time lines.

Adapted or Crossover: After trying out a new means of transportation through time, A modified Void Sphere which he renamed a "Transdimensional Ripper I", or "TRI" for short, He fell through a strange time anomoly...a hole in the time vortex. As he didn't calculate for such an occurance, The Master's TRI went on autopilot and fell through, Landing on the Island of DA.
